David Amedick

David Amedick is senior vice president of construction at NAVA Real Estate Development. With more than 25 years of development experience, he actively guides the internal and external direction of NAVA’s projects from preliminary budget planning and due diligence to property management turn-over.

As a LEED Accredited Professional®, David believes that iconic architecture, sustainable design and healthy programming improve our communities and position NAVA projects for long-term success. Over the course of his career, David has delivered more than 6.5 million square feet of real estate, including over 2,000 multi-family units.

An active industry leader and sustainability advocate, David serves as a member of several professional organizations, including the Project Management Institute, International Code Council, U.S. Green Building Council, Associated General Contractors of America and National Multifamily Housing Council.

David earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering technology from the University of Central Florida. David is a Project Management Professional, and holds a Class A General Contractor’s License.
