Brian Levitt of NAVA Real Estate Development

Brian J. Levitt is the chief executive officer of NAVA Real Estate Development, a Colorado-based real estate investment and development firm that is focused on improving communities and ROI through placemaking, project execution, sustainability and wellness.

Brian founded NAVA in 2013 to set a new standard for social stewardship in real estate by delivering and developing sustainably designed and high-performing properties. He has developed and delivered projects in and around the Denver metro area for more than 20 years, managing over 4.5 million square feet of new commercial and residential construction and consulting on over $2 billion of real estate for clients.

Outside of the office, Brian is an active leader in the community, serving as a board member or committee chair for several local organizations, including Urban Land Institute, the United State Green Building Council, the University of Colorado, the University of Denver, Focus Points Family Resource Center, Senior Hub and Habitat for Humanity. He is currently the co-chair for ULI Colorado’s Building Healthy Places Committee, which he co-founded in 2014.

Brian has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Colorado and a master’s degree in real estate and construction management from the University of Denver.
