Set along the waterfront in Denver’s vibrant Sloan’s Lake neighborhood, Lakehouse has envisioned a completely new way of living. With wellness integrated into every element of design, Lakehouse was crafted to optimize the year-round health and well-being of its residents. The 196-residence community features condominium and rowhome residences, as well as an health-driven collection of amenities, including an organic urban farm, 70-foot lakefront lap pool, cutting-edge fitness lab, sports and creative workshops and more.
Located less than three miles from Downtown Denver, Lakehouse is the first project in Colorado, and one of the first residential projects in the world, to achieve WELL Certification at the Gold level under the WELL Building Standard. The community was named the state’s “Innovative Development of the Year” by NAIOP in 2021. Lakehouse welcomed its first residents in March 2020 and sold out in May 2022.
NAVA collaborated with Colorado State University’s Institute for the Built Environment to analyze the impact of WELL design best practices on the emotional and physical well-being of Lakehouse residents. The multi-year study found that residents experienced 36 statistically significant positive changes in their health, well-being and happiness after moving into the community. Lakehouse features over 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Celebrated local chef Lon Symensma opened his third ChoLon Modern Asian restaurant, as well as a brand-new Italian concept called Gusto, at Lakehouse in early 2024.
