In order to assess the impact of healthy design and programming on the lives of Lakehouse residents, NAVA engaged Colorado State University’s Institute for the Built Environment’s to conduct a multi-year research study. The study found that residents experienced statistically-significant changes to their physical health, social activity and emotional well-being. NAVA also partnered with the International WELL Building Institute to produce a series of white papers about the financial impact of WELL buildings. It is this dual social and financial impact that NAVA hopes will drive more developers to build people-centric places.
NAVA is actively seeking mission-aligned partners to execute our pipeline of projects. For more information about project participation, please contact Brian Levitt at bl@navareal.com.
