As Chief Executive Officer, Brian J. Levitt is focused on improving communities and ROI through exceptional project execution rooted in placemaking, sustainability and wellness.
Brian founded NAVA in 2013 to set a new standard for social stewardship in real estate by delivering and developing sustainably designed and high-performing properties. He has developed and delivered projects in and around the Denver Metro Area for more than 25 years, managing over 4.5 million square feet of new commercial and residential construction and consulting on over $2 billion of real estate for clients.
Outside of the office, Brian is an active leader in the community, serving as a board member or committee chair for several local organizations, including Urban Land Institute (ULI), the United State Green Building Council, the University of Colorado, the University of Denver, Focus Points family Resource Center, Senior Hub and Habitat for Humanity. He is currently co-chair for the ULI Colorado’s Building Healthy Places Committee, which he co-founded in 2014.
Brian has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Colorado and a Master’s degree in real estate construction management from the University of Denver.
