Mike is a project manager at NAVA Real Estate Development with more than a decade of experience effectively managing the design and construction delivery process. He helps to lead the firm’s onsite construction operations, managing the workflow between the general contractor, architects, engineers and subcontractors to ensure that construction is completed on time and within budget.
Before joining NAVA in 2017, Mike served as a field engineer for Calcon Constructors, where he managed field operations for a $35 million, 229-unit residential project in Denver. He’s also held positions of progressive responsibility at Martines Palmeiro Construction, Toll Brothers and Sean Smith Construction Company.
Mike has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity for nearly a decade, both domestically and abroad in Africa, Bolivia and Costa Rica. He also worked full-time with Habitat for Humanity of Metro-Denver, managing a variety of residential projects. He received a bachelor’s degree in construction management with a minor in business administration from Illinois State University.
