While a research study demonstrated that people-first design and programming had a significantly positive impact on the well-being of Lakehouse residents, a joint white paper with the International WELL Building Institute focuses on the direct and indirect ways that WELL best practices can influence a project’s bottom line.

In 2016, NAVA founded Realwell, Inc., a Colorado-based non-profit organization that unites healthcare professionals, wellness experts, designers and builders with the development community. Our goal is to merge healthy real estate best practices with integrated programming strategies to improve the overall physical and mental well-being of building occupants and end-users.
